Overview

With millions of active listings, OLX Pakistan's website couldn't rely on one-off redesigns — design decisions needed to be continuously grounded in real usage data. I led the analysis of existing website analytics, user feedback and performance metrics to shape an ongoing design roadmap.

The challenge

At OLX's scale, assumptions aren't good enough — every design change needed to be justified by real user behavior, funnel data and feedback, while still moving fast enough to keep improving the experience.

Process

  1. 01 · Audit

    Data audit

Reviewed website analytics, conversion funnels and user feedback to identify the highest-friction moments.

  2. 02 · Prioritize

    Opportunity mapping

Prioritized design opportunities by their expected impact on user experience and performance metrics.

  3. 03 · Design

    Design & prototyping

Designed and prototyped improvements targeting the highest-friction moments in the journey.

  4. 04 · Learn

    Measurement

Tracked performance metrics after launch to validate impact and inform the next design cycle.
